Job Summary
Summary: As a Data Governance Practitioner you will establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy integrity and security of organizational data. Your typical day will involve collaborating with key stakeholders to define data standards facilitating effective data collection storage access and usage and driving data stewardship initiatives for comprehensive and effective data governance. You will engage in discussions to address data-related challenges and work towards enhancing the overall data management framework within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the development and implementation of data governance frameworks and policies.- Monitor compliance with data governance policies and report on data quality metrics.
Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Services Microsoft SQL Server Microsoft Azure Databricks Python on Azure.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Microsoft Azure Databricks Python on Azure.- Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.- Experience in data quality assessment and improvement techniques.- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
