Job Summary
Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs troubleshooting issues and ensuring that our high-quality systems operate seamlessly. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide clarity and support ensuring that client concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Your role will also require you to leverage your deep product knowledge to design tailored resolutions contributing to the overall satisfaction and success of our clients.
Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS AI Services.- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architecture.- Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools.- Familiarity with data management and analytics platforms.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS AI Services.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
