• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of restaurants bars and banquet spaces to ensure high quality and efficiency.

• Customer Service: Resolve guest complaints promptly monitor dining rooms for service quality and maintain high customer satisfaction goals.

• Team Leadership: Supervise train coach and schedule team members including monitoring grooming and performance.

• Inventory & Cost Control: Conduct regular food and beverage inventory manage inventory levels reduce waste and monitor costs to meet budget targets.

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health safety and sanitation regulations including fire and life safety procedures.

• Menu & Promotion Support: Collaborate with chefs on menu planning and assist with local F&B marketing programs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelors degree or Diploma in Hotel Management Hospitality or a related field.
