Tasks

Role & Responsibilities

1. Marketing System Ownership

• Build and maintain a quarterly marketing calendar

• Own channel planning for LinkedIn website email webinars and partners

• Create repeatable campaign frameworks and SOPs

• Ensure consistent execution without follow ups

2. Content & Authority Engine

• Build founder led and solution led content

• Work with designers writers and video editors to produce content

• Repurpose content across platforms

• Ensure messaging consistency across sales and marketing

3. Social Media & Awareness

• Own organic social growth primarily LinkedIn

• Plan and execute weekly content

• Track reach engagement clicks and leads

• Continuously test and improve formats

4. Demand Generation & Campaigns

• Plan and execute webinars partner campaigns and co marketing initiatives

• Coordinate end to end execution including follow ups

• Work closely with sales to align messaging and lead flow

5. Performance Tracking

• Track weekly and monthly performance metrics

• Build simple dashboards and reports

• Identify what to scale what to fix and what to stop

• Focus on outcomes not vanity metrics

6. Team & Vendor Coordination

• Brief and manage designers content creators and agencies

• Ensure timely delivery and quality control

• Take ownership instead of blaming dependencies

Requirements

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in marketing execution

• Experience in B2B SaaS tech or startup environments

• Strong understanding of content marketing and organic growth

• Experience running campaigns end to end

• Comfortable using AI tools for content and productivity

• Strong ownership accountability and communication
