TheAutonomyProject Team Leaderprovides delivery leadership for crossfunctional engineering teams building and maintainingbusinesscritical applicationsdeployed on aKubernetesbased platformacrossonpremise and AWS environments.
This role is accountable fordelivery execution predictability quality and risk management enabling teams to deliver highimpact outcomes while operating within enterprise agile practices and platform standards. The role partners closely with Product Owners Platform teams and stakeholders to ensure value is consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities
Lead delivery execution for23 crossfunctional engineering teamsdelivering critical applications.
Own delivery health including planning dependencies risks quality and schedule commitments.
Facilitate agile execution using Scrum Kanban or hybrid deliverymodels;lead core delivery ceremonies.
Proactively identify and remove delivery impediments; drive mitigation of crossteam and platform dependencies.
Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog readiness and alignment to business priorities.
Coordinate withPlatform Engineering SRE Security and Infrastructure teamsto ensure deployment readiness and operational stability.
Use delivery metrics and insights to drive continuous improvement and inform leadership decisions.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
10 yearsof experience in software delivery engineering project leadership or agile delivery roles.
Proven experience leading teams deliveringenterprise or businesscritical applications.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices inmultiteam complex environments.
Experience working withcloud (AWS)andonpremiseapplication deployments; Kubernetes exposure preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a Scrum Master Delivery Lead or Engineering Project/Program Lead.
Experience supportinghighavailability operationally critical or regulated systems.
Strong stakeholder communication facilitation and riskmanagement skills.
Agile or delivery certifications (CSM PSMSAFe PMP or equivalent).
