About the Role

We are looking for a highly professional to design develop and maintain robust and scalable web applications and backend services using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in C# SQL Server and service-oriented architectures along with a passion for writing clean maintainable code and working collaboratively to solve complex problems. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM will be considered an added advantage.

What You Will Do

• Design develop and maintain -based web applications and backend services.

• Build and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems.

• Work extensively with SQL Server including writing queries stored procedures and performance tuning.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather analyze and translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Partner with frontend teams using JavaScript jQuery CSS and JSON for seamless application integration.

• Provide technical leadership mentoring team members on best practices design patterns and coding standards.

• Ensure effective system integration quality assurance and adherence to security best practices.

• Perform performance optimization troubleshoot issues and support post-go-live operations.

• Create detailed technical documentation and provide training while staying updated with the latest Microsoft technologies.

What You Need to Be Successful

• 6-9 years of progressive experience in a global multicultural and multi-location environment.

• Strong expertise in C# and (MVC WebForms and/ Core).

• Solid experience with SQL Server including relational database design.

• Hands-on experience with WCF Web Services and RESTful APIs.

• Working knowledge of JavaScript jQuery CSS HTML and JSON.

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

• Proven experience in debugging performance optimization and end-to-end application lifecycle management.

• Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices for continuous integration and delivery.

Bonus Points if You Have

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization and integrations.

• Familiarity with Entity Framework.

• Proficiency in using Git for source control and version management.

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

• Strong experience working with databases and tools such as Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Jira.
