This is a Full-Time position for a results-driven professional who will be responsible for leading our sales team developing effective sales strategies and driving significant revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in technology sales exceptional leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and strengthening our market presence.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the companys customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market.
Lead mentor and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Analyse sales statistics to identify areas of improvement and track results.
Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.

Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role preferably within the technology sector.
A bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Demonstrable ability to communicate present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Excellent mentoring coaching and people management skills.
Proficient in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite and Gem Portal.
A commitment to continuous learning through workshops seminars and conferences.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
