Location: Bhosari Pune
Job Type: Full-Time
Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with relevant Industry experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and expand customer base
Identify new business opportunities through lead generation networking and market research
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction
Lead guide and motivate the Sales team to achieve individual and team targets
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients
Participate in Tenders with Technical & competitive Commercial proposals
Coordinate with Design Engineering and Production teams for customized solutions and timely delivery
Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs
Negotiate contracts pricing and terms with clients
Maintain accurate sales forecasts reports and MIS
Participate in exhibitions trade shows and industry events
Key Skills Required:
Strong technical understanding of industrial process equipment
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
Leadership and team management abilities
Result-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets
Good networking and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Experience Required:
58 years of experience in industrial sales preferably in process equipment or related engineering industry.
Prior experience in handling B2B sales and key accounts is essential.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Mechanical Engineering graduate with strong commercial acumen.
Experience in industries such as Chemical Pharma Food Processing Oil & Gas or Paint.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
