Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Specialist (all genders) to join our international RecordtoReport team supporting and improving group accounting and financial reporting processes.

As a Senior Financial Reporting Specialist you will be responsible for overseeing the full accounting and reporting cycle of a defined area ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal controls. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams including Controlling Legal Tax to support strategic decisionmaking and financial reporting.

• Take full ownership and act as Global Process Owner for defined accounting and reporting areas.

• Support monthly quarterly and annual close processes including journal entries and reconciliations.

• Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.

• Take full responsibility for defined areas and continuously improve processes and the internal control system including drafting and revising accounting manuals.

• Take full responsibility for the monthly closing of individual entities or other group accountingrelated tasks.

• Support and actively participate in accountingrelated projects.

Requirements

• Bachelors or masters degree in Accounting Management Economics (or equivalent)

• Very good understanding of general accounting principles and IFRS

• 35 years of experience in a similar role

• Professional certification in accounting or finance preferred (ACCA CPA CFA)

• Handson mentality and positive mindset

• Processdriven approach and technical experience with accounting software

• Personal responsibility ability to work independently and against timelines and enjoyingchanges and innovations
