Principal Applications Analyst I (Oracle SCP Fusion Cloud)

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to understand planning requirements and translate them into Oracle Planning Cloud solutions.
• Support functional design and implementation of Oracle Planning Cloud supply chain planning solutions aligned to Coherents transceiver and optical interconnect manufacturing environment.
• Drive better business fit across supply chain planning capacity planning backlog management process planning and BOM-based planning scenarios.
• Define and validate planning data requirements master data business hierarchies measures and process rules needed for effective planning.
• Support functional design for demand and supply planning constrained supply capacity-based planning backlog prioritization and related planning scenarios.
• Participate in CRP SIT UAT cutover go-live hypercare stabilization and post-production support activities.
• Work with global teams and support international business operations where required.

Education & Experience

• Minimum 3 end-to-end implementations in Oracle Planning Cloud / Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Planning.
• Oracle Planning Cloud experience is mandatory. Profiles based mainly on other ERP or cloud planning products will not be considered.
• 12 to 15 years of overall functional experience in supply chain planning and related Oracle SCM or Planning roles
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering / Information Technology / Masters in computer applications is a must.
• Strong post-go-live support experience is required

Skills

• Strong functional domain experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience in transceiver and optical interconnect manufacturing environment is required.
• Strong understanding of bill of material structures process planning capacity planning backlog management and end-to-end supply chain planning functions.
• Strong understanding of planning data master data and data modeling required for better business fitment.
• Ability to align planning solution design with business needs and operational realities.

Working Conditions

• The work mode of Finisar India is Hybrid i.e. 3 days at office.
