Extensive hands-on experience with SharePoint Server 2016/2019/SPSE.
Proficient in SOM CSOM REST API SPfx.
Strong PowerShell scripting skills using SOM and CSOM.
Development expertise in C# JavaScript React HTML CSS TypeScript SPFx PowerApps PnP library.
Familiar with development environments including Visual Studio and VS Code.
Experience with GitLab or any other for source control and branch management.
SharePoint Search Schema Management customizing managed properties and search experiences.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Design and deliver scalable SharePoint solutions aligned with business and architectural requirements.
Develop and maintain solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) PowerShell CSOM/JSOM REST APIs and custom integrations.
Build custom components such as web parts extensions forms workflows and automation.
Analyse existing SharePoint implementations and enhance them to support new features and evolving requirements.
Investigate and resolve complex issues across client-side server-side and farm
Collaborate with support and infrastructure teams to deploy troubleshoot and optimize SharePoint solutions.
Manage code repositories in Git/GitLab including branching merge requests and version control.
Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to improve quality performance and maintainability.
Participate in Agile ceremoniessprint planning grooming demos and retrospectives.
Work with QA teams to define test cases acceptance criteria and validation strategies.
Prepare and review deployment guides ensuring reliable and smooth release cycles.
Lead production deployments while ensuring minimal downtime and risk mitigation.
Mentor team members on SharePoint development best practices design patterns and troubleshooting.
Create proofofconcepts (PoCs) to validate ideas for business stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with SharePoint governance security performance and coding standards.
