Job Summary
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Administration or related field.
57 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in banking/financial services.
Strong experience in
Microsoft SharePoint Online
Microsoft Planner / M365 tools
Good understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
Experience in UAT coordination and business process improvement.
Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in documentation and requirement analysis
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong collaboration mindset with cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate)
Knowledge of document management systems (e.g. RDMS archival systems)
Familiarity with banking domain processes
