- To transfer fund from exiting NPS subscribers and selling annuity to retiring customers
- Provide the company solutions for PFM transfer and as an ASP to retiring / close to retiring customers

Achieve Targets related to Premium and NOP in order to contribute to overall growth of the company | - Allocate leads to the team members as per targets and territories decided.
- Periodically monitor and review performance on the assigned topline and annuity products
- Handhold and guide them on the sales process lead conversion and closure of sale
- Aggressively downloading all the RnR activities running by the organisation.

Executes smooth function of the sales and other processes in order to maximise business potential. | - Reaching out to HR of concerned organizations and setting up meeting with reporting managers
- Converting leads transfer and of retired personnel into prospective clients
- Engaging Nodal Officer on monthly basis by visiting them at office within a defined territory and setting up meetings with all concerned personnel.
- Cater services to pre-existing customers
- Ensure that actual sales and service aspects including sales calls issuance and complaint handling are carried out without any blocks

Ensure relevant people in the right place right time in order to maximise the productivity | - Understanding the strength of the resource and depending on that allocating job responsibility and territory of sales
- Evaluating the opportunity of each business unit and allocating targets as per that.

Execute the right method of business acquisition in order get the correct product sales for the organisation | - Sourcing PSUs government offices within vicinity
- Build relationship with concerned Nodal Officers to ensure leads are converted without delays/disapprovals
- Scrutinise the business on regular basis and give the relevant information to superiors
- Achieve targets as per the company norms so that leads are converted swiftly and efficiently
- To keep track and maintain MIS and dashboards of annuity data

- To manage attrition within the specified limits.
- Ensure through continuous on the job training skill enhancement of team members.
