Job Summary: We are seeking Senior Backend Engineer with 10 years of experience in Java Spring Boot and Microservices to design develop and maintain robust distributed backend applications.

Tech Stack: Java Spring Boot MongoDB Kafka Git

Primary Responsibilities

• Design develop and implement high-performance scalable and secure distributed backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Contribute to the architecture and evolution of our microservices ecosystem ensuring adherence to best practices and design patterns.
• Collaborate with product managers front-end developers and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews ensuring code quality performance and security standards are met.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production and non-production environments.

Basic Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Java Spring Boot
• Bachelors/masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience with design and implementation of high throughput fault-tolerant distributed systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated individual that possesses excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud.
• Experience working with event-driven architecture and messaging technologies.
• Familiar with CI/CD DevOps and SRE principles
