Delphi Developer

We are seeking an experienced Delphi Developer with strong expertise in Object Pascal Windows APIs and hands-on experience with Delphi database technologies such as SQLite. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in developing Windows desktop applications using VCL components and delivering scalable high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain applications using Delphi (Object Pascal).
• Utilize VCL components to create robust and user-friendly application interfaces.
• Integrate and manage databases such as SQLite and other Delphi-supported databases.
• Work with Windows APIs for system-level functionality and application enhancements.
• Optimize existing code for performance maintainability and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across thick client applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Working under a dynamic agile based environment.
• Strictly adhere to scrum framework and guidelines.
• Coordinate with multiple development teams.

Qualifications :

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3 years of professional experience in Delphi / Object Pascal development.
• Strong experience with VCL components and Windows desktop application development.
• Hands-on experience with databases like SQLite including writing queries stored procedures and data handling.
• Knowledge of Windows APIs and ability to integrate OS-level functionality.
• Proficiency in debugging optimizing and maintaining legacy Delphi applications.
• Familiarity with version control systems (SVN Git etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with multi-threaded application development in Delphi.
• Exposure to Delphi FireDAC or other advanced database components.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs integration within Delphi applications.
• Experience in agile development environments.
