Staff Engineer, CRM Salesforce

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total Experience 6 years
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
• Hands-on experience in designing solutions on the Salesforce platform across at least two Salesforce Clouds (Sales Service CPQ Experience).
• Excellent understanding of Salesforce system architecture and module interdependencies.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
• Expertise in Apex programming including Apex Classes Triggers APIs and Web Services.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura Components and Visualforce.
• Practical experience with Salesforce Lightning Customization and SLDS.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations using REST APIs SOAP services and OAuth  2.0.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization capabilities.
• Experience with Workflow Automation Flows and Approval Processes.
• Familiarity with AppExchange packaging deployment and security review processes.
• Proficiency in development Java JavaScript and XML
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and propose scalable maintainable solutions.
• Strong communication skills with experience in customer-facing roles

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing and reviewing great quality code
• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the clients needs in the context of the project
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements and being able to define technologies patterns and frameworks to realize it
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements schedules and activities.
• Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs
• Creating understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task and being able to justify it
• Addressing issues promptly responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
• Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
• Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
• Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken
• Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements

Qualifications :

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
