Job Description

Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
Gather analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders across functions.
Perform data cleaning transformation and validation to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends insights and opportunities for process or performance improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs metrics and dashboard standards.
Automate recurring reports and streamline data workflows for efficiency.
Troubleshoot Tableau dashboards data refresh issues and backend data model problems.
Present analytical findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear visual and actionable manner.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Analytics Statistics Engineering or related field.
Agile Experience is must.
25 years of experience in BA data analysis or business analytics roles.
Strong proficiency in Tableau (Desktop & Server) and hands-on experience building complex dashboards.
Solid SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets.
Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Insurance projects is must.

Advanced SQL expertise is very important.
Highly skilled in Tableau
