CP Material MDG Process Lead

To support this mission Syngentas CP Global Supply Operation Team is seeking a CP Material MDG Process Lead in Pune. Process and data lead for the transformation of material master data into MDGm together with the Recipe Development module of PLM. Define and maintain the design policies and processes for material creation and maintenance in the future model.

Accountabilities:

• Act as process lead and provide key inputs into the overall project plan for MDGm transformation together with the Recipe Development module of PLM ensuring delivery across design build migration and operationalization phases of the project
• Drive data model design (conceptual logical and physical) for MDGm aligned with business and system needs.
• Define and oversee the data migration strategy from legacy systems into MDGm together with Recipe Development module of PLM including scope sequencing validation and reconciliation.
• Lead change impact assessments and implementation of recommendations across processes and systems

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelors degree in engineering or related field
• Masters degree preferred in Supply Chain Management or business administration.
• Hands-on experience with data migration strategy and execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Desired Qualifications:

• Min 10 years of experience in Master Data Management and data-driven transformation programs.
• Lean / six sigma experience is an added advantage
• Six Sigma Qualified (preferred / strongly valued)
• Deep knowledge of material master data in ERP systems (SAP MM/S4HANA preferred)
• Certification in SAP MDG and/ or Recipe Development an advantage
