Your Key Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager PEUS with expereince of 8 - 12 years and will drive growth within the Distribution Business by expanding market presence increasing business with existing customers and developing new sectors and territories. The role focuses on strategic business development corporate contract management market penetration and promoting Schaefflers enduser offerings including reconditioning and lifetime solutions.
Goal of the Position
Drive growth in the Distribution Business by expanding business with existing customers.
Identify and develop white spaces and enter new sectors and and manage corporate rate contracts and longterm frame agreements.
Develop opportunities in Reconditioning and Lifetime Solution Schaefflers market share across existing and targeted sectors/customers.
Support new product development highimpact sectorspecific presentations to secure brand approvals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business development across targeted heavyindustry sectors including:
Cement Steel Power Ports Paper Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Oil & Gas Petrochemicals Woodworking Food & Beverage Textiles and Glass.
Strengthen corporate relationships and drive longterm frame agreements with major customers.
Identify and penetrate white spaces across geographies and sectors; develop and upskill sectors specific the Reconditioning Lubrication and Accessories (Housing & Sleeve) portfolio.
Identify and drive opportunities for Lifetime Solutions in core profitable growth and increase market share through endcustomer and distributor engagement.
Conduct highimpact presentations to secure brand new product development opportunities with OEMs through channel partners.
Contribute actively to overall Distribution Business sales growth
Your Qualifications
Mechanical Engineering Graduate with 812 years of experience.
Strong communication presentation and persuasive abilities.
Extroverted selfdriven professional with strong hunting DNA and market development experience.
Proven frontline industrial sales experience with a strong growth mindset.
Willingness to travel extensively meet customers and end users and develop distributor markets.
Location - Mumbai & Vadodara.
