Automation QA Engineer

Key duties include:

Develop Web automation tests using Selenium Playwright Cypress or Sahi Pro.

Create and maintain Desktop application automation test scripts.

Perform API testing using tools such as Postman RestAssured or similar.

Perform Integration Automation Testing across multiple services and components.

Execute smoke regression and integration test suites.

Integrate automated test cases into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins GitHub Actions Azure DevOps).

Clearly report defects with full details and collaborate with developers to resolve them.

Maintain and update test cases documentation and test results.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience education knowledge skill and/or abilities required.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

35 years of experience in software QA including 2 years in automation.

Handson experience with automation tools such as Selenium Cypress Playwright Appium or similar.

Experience in Desktop Web API and Integration automation testing.

Strong programming/scripting skills in Java Python JavaScript or TypeScript.

Experience in API automation using Postman RestAssured Karate or equivalent.

Good understanding of SDLC Agile methodologies and Git.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Clear communication and ability to work collaboratively.

Solid understanding of software testing methodologies test design techniques and defect tracking tools (e.g. Jira Azure DevOps).
