Entry to developing individual contributor who works under close supervision. Helps implement projects programs and processes in support of the organizations overall Channel Sales strategy. Applies theoretical knowledge of the Channel Sales field to carry out procedures and plans for the area.
Performs simple trend analysis to support continuous improvement efforts for the organizations Channel Sales strategy.
Records metrics through the sales cycle drafts sales forecasts and assists in channel pipeline management.
Helps establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives for Channel Sales under direct supervision.
Contributes to less complex components of projects programs or processes for Channel Sales.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnsons Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
