Job Summary
Responsible for designing developing and configuring fulfilment workflows on the Ciena Blue Planet platform. Works on service modelling resource modelling and integration with upstream/downstream systems. Supports enhancements defect fixing and deployment activities to ensure reliable fulfilment automation across BT domains. Key responsibilities: Develop fulfilment flows in CBP MDSO/Designer. Build and maintain resource adapters and service templates. Collaborate with architects and BT SMEs to interpret requirements. Support SIT/UAT and production rollout.
