Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily SAP BASIS administration tasks including monitoring troubleshooting performance tuning and system health checks for SAP systems on HANA DB.
• Install configure upgrade and maintain SAP S/4HANA E4H landscapes.
• Manage HANA database administration tasks such as backup/recovery replication setup performance optimization and housekeeping.
• Support SAP BTP integrations connectivity and extensions in coordination with development and architecture teams.
• Perform system copies refreshes and client administration as per project and operational needs.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness for SAP HANA databases and application components.
• Coordinate with SAP support for OSS incidents and implement recommended solutions.
• Apply support packages SAP notes kernel upgrades and security patches as required.
• Support SAP E4H application teams with technical issues transports and change requests.
• Document technical configurations operational procedures and changes effectively.
• Work closely with application infrastructure security and cloud teams for integrated support.
• Participate in on-call support rotations for critical issues resolution.
