Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer with expertise in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and PCB assembly processes. The candidate will be responsible for developing optimizing and maintaining manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality production efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop implement and optimize SMT manufacturing processes.
  
• Create and maintain programs for:
  
• SMT Printer (solder paste printing)
  
• Pick and Place machines
  
• Reflow oven profiling
  
• AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) systems
  
• AXI (Automated X-ray Inspection) systems
  
• Selective soldering machines
  
• Set up and optimize wave soldering processes.
  
• Manage and improve conformal coating processes.
  
• Operate and maintain PCB cleaning machines to ensure product reliability.
  
• Perform reflow profiling to ensure optimal solder joint quality.
  
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
  
• Conduct BGA rework and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  
• Analyze defects yield data and process performance to drive continuous improvement.
  
• Collaborate with production quality and maintenance teams to improve efficiency.
  
• Ensure compliance with IPC standards and company quality requirements.
  
• Prepare process documentation work instructions and reports.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelors degree in Electronics Electrical or related field.
  
• Hands-on experience with:
  
• SMT programming (Printer Pick & Place)
  
• Reflow profiling
  
• AOI programming
  
• Selective soldering
  
• Wave soldering
  
• Conformal coating
  
• PCB cleaning systems
  
• BGA rework
  
• Strong understanding of PCB assembly processes and defect analysis.
  
• Experience with process optimization and yield improvement.
  
• Familiarity with IPC standards (e.g. IPC-A-610).
  
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
