Role Overview
Looking for an Account Manager Client Servicing to handle client relationships coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth execution of digital marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client communication
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable briefs
- Coordinate with design content and digital marketing teams

- 3 years of experience in client servicing / account management
- Experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred
- Graduate in Marketing Business Administration Commerce or Mass Communication
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of SEO SEM and content marketing
- Digital marketing certifications are a plus
