Business Development Manager (Field Sales) Individual Contributor

About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Field Sales (IC) professional to manage the end-to-end sales lifecyclefrom lead generation to conversion. As a frontline representative you will directly engage with B2B customers and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct cold field visits to generate 710 qualified B2B leads daily
Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation pitching negotiation and closure
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets/KPIs
Build and maintain strong client relationships across segments like restaurants hotels gyms cafes etc.
Act as a customer advisor guiding clients on optimal cooling solutions
Gather customer feedback and share market insights with internal teams

Graduate in any discipline
13 years of field sales experience (B2B preferred)
Strong communication negotiation & interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
Language proficiency: English & Hindi (Marathi preferred for Mumbai)
Ideal Candidate
Comfortable with on-ground sales & cold outreach
Experience in startup / high-growth environments preferred
