Business Development Manager (Field Sales) Individual Contributor

About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Field Sales (IC) professional to manage the end-to-end sales lifecyclefrom lead generation to conversion. As a frontline representative you will directly engage with B2B customers and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold field visits to generate 710 qualified B2B leads daily
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation pitching negotiation and closure
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets/KPIs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across segments like restaurants hotels gyms cafes etc.
- Act as a customer advisor guiding clients on optimal cooling solutions
- Gather customer feedback and share market insights with internal teams

- Graduate in any discipline
- 13 years of field sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication negotiation & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
- Language proficiency: English & Hindi (Marathi preferred for Mumbai)

- Comfortable with on-ground sales & cold outreach
- Experience in startup / high-growth environments preferred
- Self-motivated with strong ownership mindset
