About Us

We are Soulera an innovative HRtech and personalityanalytics company using

handwriting and signature analysis (graphology) to help organizations understand

behavior strengths and development areas. We work with HR teams training

institutes coaching firms and corporate clients who want deeper behavioral insights

for hiring leadership development and teambuilding.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Head to lead our sales function and drive business

expansion and revenue growth. You will own the sales strategy lead the sales team

and actively acquire largeticket clients while building a scalable sales engine for our

graphologybased HR platform.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a highgrowth sales strategy for the company (new

markets new segments upsell/crosssell).

Lead mentor and manage the sales team (including field sales executives and

account managers).

Build and manage a strong pipeline of B2B clients HR departments

corporate L&D teams training institutes coaching firms and

assessmentbased organizations.

Personally drive key account acquisition and renewal including highvalue

contracts and strategic partnerships.

Ensure lead conversion targets are met (from first contact demo paid

contract) with a clear datadriven sales funnel.

Work closely with product marketing and operations to align offers pricing

and messaging with market needs.

Travel across regions as needed to meet clients partners and sales teams.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Sales Head / Sales Director / Business Head (Sales) in

a B2B or SaaS/HRtech environment.

Strong track record in business growth revenue expansion and team

leadership.

Experience in lead generation field sales client acquisition and contract

closure with measurable conversion metrics.

Ability to build and manage sales processes KPIs and reporting dashboards.

Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills (especially for

Csuite and HR leaders).

Comfortable with travel for field visits and client meetings.

Preferred (nicetohave)

Prior experience in HR tech assessment tools coaching or training / L&D

sales.

Understanding of personalitybased assessments or behaviordriven products.
