Founded in 2015 were a video-first creative agency based in New Delhi producing brand films social content and digital campaigns for brands across India and beyond. Clients range from D2C startups to Fortune 500s to government organizations.

WHAT YOULL ACTUALLY DO
RECRUITMENT & PIPELINE
Own the full cycle from publishing to screening calls shortlisting coordinating assignments and managing offer communications. Youll be the first impression candidates have of us and vice versa.
PAYROLL SUPPORT
Prepare monthly salary calculations track compensation changes and ensure all data is accurate before payroll is processed coordinating with founders directly.
TEAM & CULTURE
Coordinate onboarding team check-ins engagement touchpoints. Be the connective tissue that makes the team feel looked after.
HR ADMINISTRATION
Draft and send internal communications maintain team member records update policies and cross-coordinate with project leads and external teams as needed.
ATTENDANCE & COMPLIANCE
Own the SOPs that keep human resources tracking clean and dispute-free.
WHO YOU ARE
- Process-first- You build SOPs before problems happen not after
- Sharp communicator- Crisp written and verbal skills. Emails done right the first time
- Data-honest- Attendance sheets and salary data are your domain you own them precisely
- People-intuitive- You read a screening call well. You know when a candidates a fit beyond the CV
- Proactive not reactive- Tasks dont wait to be reminded. You move without being pushed.
- AI-savvy- You usetools towork faster not as a crutch.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors or Masters in HR Business Administration or related field
- 12 years of HR experience; start-up or creative/media agency background preferred
- Hands-on with HR tools (Recooty or similar ATS) Google Sheets and MS Office
- Working knowledge of labour laws payroll basics and compliance essentials
- Strong ownership mindset you treat open tasks as yours until theyre closed
