Join Our Buildings Team in Chennai
We are looking for a Electrical Engineer to join our Buildings - MEP team giving you the opportunity to co-create on some of the most prestigious Buildings projects in Scandinavia.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Develop feasibility/concept studies and detail design of Electrical services in buildings projects.
- Design of electrical power distribution using necessary softwares like Amtech Simaris Dialux evo and according to international regulations standards and codes.
- Evaluate and access BIM/other Engineers in their projects.
- Ensure compliance with COWI QA/QC processes and implement them.
- Provide responsive and client-focused service to globalcustomers.

On top of that you should:
- Hold a Bachelors degree in electrical engineering with a minimum 5 years of experience from Buildings Projects.
- Be proficient in design calculations using Dialux evo Relux Simaris/Amtech/ ETAP and Spread sheets.
- Have experience with electrical design standards and automation for electrical systemssizing UPS battery banks switchboards and panelsincluding load lists and cable sizing calculations.
- Experience with ELV IT automation and security systems will be desirable.
- Be proficient in international building codes related to electrical and ELV.
- Have worked with design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Proven knowledge and experience from an international engineering consultant firm will be an added advantage.
