About the Role:

• The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering analysing and documenting business requirements to ensure accurate implementation and alignment with project goals.
• The incumbent will report to the Assistant General Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders project managers and technical teams to gather business requirements for various projects
• Conduct interviews workshops and surveys to elicit detailed and accurate requirements
• Analyse collected information to identify gaps inconsistencies and potential challenges
• Create clear and concise requirement documents including functional/non-functional specifications use cases process flows and user stories
• Assist in prioritisation and validation of requirements with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Participate in review sessions with stakeholders and project teams to ensure an accurate understanding of requirements
• Support the resolution of requirement-related conflicts or issues during the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements
• Maintain and update the requirement documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Analyze current business processes (As-Is) and design optimized future-state workflows (To-Be).
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) ensuring the final product meets the defined business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Create high-quality documentation including User Stories Process Flow Diagrams and Functional Specifications.
