Job Summary

Role Purpose

The role is responsible for driving business development and institutional engagement across financial institutions including Mutual Funds PMS SIF and AIF Category III participants. The candidate will lead onboarding initiatives build strong institutional relationships and increase participation on the exchange platform by delivering strong value propositions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Drive onboarding of Mutual Funds PMS SIF and AIF Category III clients onto the platform
  • Identify and develop new institutional client opportunities
  • Increase participation and transaction volumes
  • Engage with other eligible institutional participants as applicable

2. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (CIOs Fund Managers Compliance Heads etc.)
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term engagement

3. Client Engagement & Pitching

  • Deliver presentations and product pitches to clients
  • Clearly communicate value proposition and benefits of the platform
  • Represent the organization in meetings events and forums

4. Onboarding & Client Support

  • Provide end-to-end onboarding support
  • Guide clients on operational compliance and platform-related processes
  • Ensure smooth client experience by coordinating with internal teams

5. MIS & Reporting

  • Maintain and update client MIS
  • Track onboarding progress pipeline and engagement metrics
  • Prepare reports for management review

6. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with operations compliance product and technology teams
  • Ensure timely resolution of client issues

7. Market Intelligence & Product Understanding

  • Stay updated on exchange products services and regulations
  • Track market trends competitors and client needs
  • Share feedback with internal teams for product improvement

  • Strong Institutional Sales and Relationship Management skills
  • Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities
  • Good understanding of financial markets and investment products
  • Strong analytical and MIS/reporting skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic discussion
