Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Coordinate stakeholders to ensure the highest quality of services delivered to PF entities in France and other locations.
Develop a strong understanding of the services provided by ITG Production teams.
Lead and facilitate CTO Panorama sessions supporting subsidiary teams in their preparation.
Monitor and follow up on action plans resulting from CTO Panorama meetings ensuring completion of actions.
Act as the APS ambassador promoting the suite of products and services to all entities.
Ensure clear communication and timely escalation of issues to guarantee prompt resolution.
Contributing Responsibilities
This position enhances the capacity to prepare and coordinate many different activities and to organize presentations to high level managers (CTOs for example).
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Stakeholder Management: Ability to coordinate and engage multiple teams across various locations.
Service Delivery Expertise: In-depth knowledge of IT production services and operational excellence.
Strong Communication: Advanced verbal and written communication skills with experience in reporting and governance forums.
Project Coordination: Experience managing portfolios tracking project progress and supporting cross-functional initiatives.
Analytical Thinking: Competence in defining monitoring and interpreting KPIs to drive continuous service improvement.
Problem-solving: Proactive approach to managing escalations resolving issues and prioritizing actions effectively.
Organisation & Planning: Skilled in preparing and leading regular meetings ensuring thorough follow-up on agreed actions.
Customer Focus: Commitment to understanding and improving customer satisfaction levels.
Fluency in English and French: Strong command of both languages to communicate efficiently with international teams.
