Marketing Manager, IMDb India

Job Summary
The successful candidate will have experience in brand marketing and content development with a proven track record of using multiple marketing channels to drive awareness and engagement of a digital service or product. The key to success in the role will come from working backwards from customers thinking disruptively and working with strong ownership and frugality.
Key job responsibilities
Specific responsibilities include the following:
* Own marketing strategy for IMDbPro product launches and strategic programs (including our discount/promotional strategy)
* Own campaigns end-to-end: managing creative processes targeting and segmentation planning execution reporting and optimization
* Manage budgets and improve cost per lead and cost per acquisition
* Establish an editorial calendar and deliver relevant content for driving product awareness and member engagement (e.g. social posts video content)
* Partner cross-functionally with product marketing and business intelligence to localize and execute lifecycle campaigns for the India market
* Own weekly metrics reviews and understand content adoption and performance

- 3 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience building executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- MBA
- Experience working with marketing tools including email web analytics CRM and marketing automation platforms
- 7-10 years of experience in growth marketing with experience in managing outbound marketing channels including search social email and push notifications
- Strong hands on experience managing paid campaigns with measurable business outcomes
- Experience building lifecycle marketing programs across email and in product channels
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross functionally
- Comfortable managing fast paced execution while maintaining structured planning
