Job Title: AI Automation Test Engineer

Role Overview.

As a QA Automation Engineer you will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable automation solutions that enhance software quality and accelerate release cycles.

You will contribute to building AI-assisted test automation frameworks intelligent test execution strategies Continuous testing in CI/CD that improve the overall effectiveness of the software quality assurance lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4 years of total QA experience with minimum 2 years in automation testing

• Strong Analytical skills test case identification skills and thorough knowledge of Functional Integration UI and Regression testing

• Strong experience working in Agile / Scrum environments on commercial software projects

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted test automation tools such as Claude OpenAI Codex or GitHub Copilot to build:

  • AI-generated test cases

  • Self-healing automation scripts

  • Automated test maintenance and optimization

  • Ability to analyze AI-generated insights and identify defect patterns using test analytics

  • Expertise in building and enhancing automation frameworks using tools such as:

    • Playwright / Playwright MCP

    • Cypress

    • Selenium

  • Strong programming skills in Java / Python/C# JavaScript / TypeScript to support automation and AI-enabled testing workflows

  • Experience with AI-assisted visual regression testing tools

  • Basic knowledge in Azure/AWS/GCP

  • Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger

  • Experience using bug tracking and project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps

  • Good working knowledge of BDD frameworks (e.g. Cucumber SpecFlow etc.)
