Software Development Engineer

We are seeking highly skilled Software Development Engineers (SDEs) and Technical Leads / Engineers with deep expertise in Agentic AI and the end-to-end development of AI agents for business this pivotal role you will drive the design implementation and optimization of Conversational and Intelligent AI Agents that automate enhance and transform business processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design architect and develop advanced Conversational AI agents and intelligent automation workflows.
• Build deploy and optimize AI agents using leading AI platforms (e.g. n8n AgentForce). Integrate and fine-tune LLMs and AI models (e.g. OpenAI Google Vertex AI Microsoft Azure AI Amazon.
• Bedrock Anthropic Claude Hugging Face) to deliver scalable solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into.
• AI-powered automation solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI agent development – from requirement analysis to deployment and monitoring.
• Ensure security scalability and reliability of deployed AI agents. Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML frameworks tools and industry best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong programming experience in Python with hands-on experience in API development & integration.
• Proven expertise in building and deploying RAG Conversational AI agents chatbots or intelligent automation systems.
• Deep knowledge of LLMs prompt engineering fine-tuning and embeddings.
• Experience with cloud AI services (AWS GCP Azure) and scalable deployment frameworks.
• Relevant experience in working with platforms is required.
• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms and agent orchestration.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design business-driven AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Good to Have

• Experience in vector databases (e.g. Pinecone Weaviate FAISS).
• Exposure to MLOps and CI/CD for AI solutions.
• Prior work in domain-specific AI agent development (finance healthcare customer support etc.
