Experience: Min 12 Years of Relevant Experience in Textile Machinery Manufacturing

Salary: As Per Industry Standards

Required Areas of Expertise:
1. Currently Lead or have led R&D / Product Development in comparable manufacturing setups
2. Have strong exposure to rubber/polymer products for the textile/spinning industry
3. Are willing to relocate to Coimbatore for a full-time on-site leadership role
4. Possess proven experience in innovation new product development and customer-centric application engineering
