We are looking for a dynamic and commercially strong Business Head / Business Manager to oversee overall business operations and drive growth. This role will be responsible for P&L ownership strategic planning revenue generation and managing day-to-day business functions. The ideal candidate comes from the artist management or live events industry and understands the commercial operational and relationship-driven nature of the business.
Key Responsibilities Own and manage end-to-end P&L budgeting forecasting and cost control Drive revenue growth across artist management live events brand partnerships and related verticals Oversee business operations contracts commercial negotiations and financial performance Work closely with artists managers promoters brands and partners to scale the business Identify new business opportunities markets and strategic collaborations Set business goals KPIs and performance metrics across teams Ensure smooth coordination between creative operations finance and sales teams Lead commercial strategy for events tours brand deals and IPs Provide leadership support and structure to improve overall business efficiency
Must-Have Skills: Strong P&L management and financial acumen Proven experience in live events artist management or the entertainment business Excellent commercial negotiation and deal-structuring skills Deep understanding of revenue models in live events music and talent management Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Ability to scale businesses optimize costs and improve margins Leadership and decision-making skills with a business-owner mindset
Requirements 8 years of experience in live events artist management entertainment or media business roles Experience managing teams and multiple business verticals Strong understanding of contracts partnerships and commercial frameworks Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in fast-paced environments
