Devops Engineer

Job Description: Sr. Devops Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Devops Engineer with extensive experience in automating large-scale deployments using CI/CD pipelines and modern infrastructureas-code frameworks. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS and Ansible a strong background in DevOps tools and practices and the ability to collaborate closely with our client.

Key Responsibilities

• Design implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitLab.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Ansible and AWS CloudFormation.

• Collaborate with the DevOps lead and engineering teams to architect scalable secure and resilient cloud solutions.

• Follow cloud deployment best practices and contribute to the evolution of infrastructure standards.

• Develop and maintain tools and scripts to support deployment monitoring and cloud operations.

• Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues across environments.

• Continuously evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies into the DevOps workflow.

• Document systems processes and troubleshooting guides clearly and thoroughly. Must Have Skills

• Must-Have:

o 8 years of hands-on experience in Infrastructure Engineering and DevOps.

o Strong expertise with AWS Cloud Services.

o Proficient with Ansible for configuration management and automation.

o In-depth understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins and GitLab.

o Proficient in writing and maintaining CloudFormation templates.

o Scripting experience (e.g. PowerShell Bash Python).

o Strong knowledge of Cloud-Native application design and best practices.

o AWS Certification is a must

• Good to Have:

o Prior experience with cloud operations and monitoring.

o Exposure to infrastructure tooling from scratch.

o Hands-on experience with production-grade deployments and troubleshooting
