Job Title: Regional Logistics Manager – Supply Chain
Location: Kolkata / East India
Function: Supply Chain / Logistics
Job Purpose
Responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations including transportation warehousing and inventory control to ensure seamless material flow high service levels and optimized logistics costs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Warehouse & Inventory Management
Monitor inward/outward operations GRN and stock accuracy
Track shortages excess and damaged materials and ensure resolution
Lead stock audits and stock-taking activities
2. Logistics & Dispatch Operations
Plan and optimize route planning & dispatch consolidation
Track shipments till last-mile delivery and ensure TAT adherence
Manage dispatches and pending deliveries reporting
3. CNF & Vendor Management
Supervise CNF operations as per SOPs
Coordinate with transporters and warehouse teams
Verify vendor billing and reconciliation
4. Reporting & Compliance
Prepare daily MIS reports (inward outward GRN dispatch)
Ensure audit readiness and documentation compliance
Maintain coordination with HO for operational updates
5. Process & Cost Optimization
Drive efficiency in logistics operations
Improve inventory accuracy and cost control
Ensure adherence to safety and storage standards
Must-Have Requirements
Graduate with 4 years of experience in supply chain/logistics
Strong knowledge of warehousing transportation & inventory management
Experience handling CNF operations & high-volume transactions
Proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint & SAP (mandatory)
Strong coordination analytical & problem-solving skills
Ability to work in fast-paced high-pressure environments
Good to Have
Experience in Tyre / FMCG / Distribution / Retail industry
Certification in Supply Chain / Warehouse Management
Exposure to route optimization & cost control initiatives
