Job Title: Sales Finance Manager
Location: Remote/Mumbai
Function: Finance & Accounts
Reporting To: Senior Manager
Job Purpose
Act as a Finance Business Partner to the Sales team managing sales order processes pricing forecasting and financial analysis to drive revenue profitability and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Finance & Order Management
Manage end-to-end sales order processing ensuring accuracy and compliance
Support smooth execution of order-to-cash cycle
2. Sales Performance & Reporting
Prepare YTD sales performance reports and decks
Provide actionable insights to support business decisions
3. Pricing Schemes & Commercials
Design and manage sales schemes offers and discount structures
Track scheme performance ROI and customer payouts
4. Financial Analysis & Reporting
Perform EBITDA analysis and P&L evaluation
Support business reviews with financial insights and variance analysis
5. Forecasting & Budgeting
Lead weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasting
Support the annual budgeting process aligned with business goals
6. Business Partnering
Collaborate closely with Sales Marketing FP&A and Customer Service teams
Provide financial insights to drive sales performance and profitability
Must-Have Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
1–2 years of experience in Sales Finance / Business Finance / Commercial Finance
Strong understanding of EBITDA P&L budgeting and forecasting
Hands-on experience with pricing discounting & sales analytics
Advanced skills in Excel PowerPoint and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
Experience in manufacturing / FMCG / automotive industry
Exposure to financial modelling and data analytics tools
