The Opportunity
The Executive for Fraud Risk Management will be responsible for developing and implementing robust fraud monitoring and prevention strategies across Worldlines payment services. This role will focus on safeguarding our portfolio against financial crimes through effective AML screening and transaction monitoring while ensuring regulatory compliance and minimizing financial losses..
Key Responsibilities
- Support Transaction Monitoring and AML Screening to detect investigate and escalate fraud and suspicious activities; drive process improvements and reporting.
- Monitor real-time transactions and alerts; analyze trends; update detection rules.
- Conduct preliminary fraud investigations; prepare dashboards and MIS for leadership.
- AML alert investigations; escalate suspicious activities to stakeholders/regulators.
- Communicate findings; maintain compliant audit-ready documentation.
- Identify process/tool gaps and support improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Education: or equivalent
- Experience: 2-3 years in FRM Transaction Monitoring or related fraud/AML roles in payments
- Skills: strong analytics attention to detail Excel/PowerPoint good communication stakeholder coordination
- Nice-to-have: SQL; familiarity with CMS/Finacle; experience writing risk rules
Competencies:
- Risk awareness proactive problem-solving collaborative deadline-driven.
- Should be comfortable working with 24x7 shift.
