Full service engineering firm with tradition and reputation that goes back over 40 years looking to add a Senior Architect to their Cape Coral Florida office!
Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural projects from schematic design to construction administration
- Primary construction administration contact (conduct site visits lead owner/contractor meetings resolve on-site challenges)
- Mentor/train junior staff
- Present design concepts/project updates to clients
- Ensure all projects adhere to relevant building codes fire regulations zoning laws and accessibility requirements.
- Ensure projects meet the highest quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
- 8 years of professional experience
- Registered Architect or eligibility to complete the ARE
- LEED accreditation preferred
- Proficient in AutoCAD Revit and BIM software (Dynamo Grasshopper)
- Expert knowledge of 3D modeling software
- Construction administration experience
Salary is commensurate with experience.
