IT Trainee CRM Support

We are seeking an IT Trainee for a CRM Support position based in our Poznań Office to join our global IT Sales & Customer Excellence team.

• Work with the cloud solution Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the related configurations & integrations in global perspective
• Support international team members in operational & development tasks
• Achieve sprint goals by working in an Agile approach
• Analyze and report on requests
• Prepare & Update technical and functional documentation
• Maintain users & licenses
• Maintain data
• Collaborate with worldwide users
• Use your communication and teamwork skills.

What you bring:

• Ideally after second year of Bachelor studies (Information Technology Computer Science and Econometrics Mathematics related)
• Basic programming skills
• Coding background (C # Java Script Phyton) C# preferred.
• Ability to identify issues and bugs with focus on data quality.
• Interest in enterprise solutions & data management
• Team player mindset
• Excellent communication skills especially in English (verbally and in writing)
• Open mind and positive can-do attitude.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to learn.
