Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in planning coordinating and executing a wide range of events ensuring every detail is meticulously managed to deliver outstanding experiences. This position requires a blend of creativity excellent communication skills and strong logistical capabilities to oversee events from conception through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of event planning and execution from start to finish.
- Liaise with clients vendors and internal teams to define event requirements and objectives.
- Develop detailed event timelines schedules and budgets to ensure seamless operations.
- Source negotiate and manage contracts with venues suppliers and service providers.
- Oversee onsite event setup coordination and breakdown to ensure smooth event flow.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role in event planning and management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage budgets negotiate contracts and handle vendor relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
