Job Title: Quote Processor

About the Company
The company has extensive experience within the steel window industry and has been established since 1935. It
is a long-standing specialist partner in its field offering expertise in steel windows as well as slim aluminium
windows and doors.
Skills
Previous experience in an office-based role within the construction industry is preferred although general office
experience will also be considered. Full training will be provided to help the successful candidate understand the
companys bespoke products. Strong proficiency in Excel is essential.
The role involves working with high-net-worth clients so the ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent
interpersonal skills maintain a professional appearance and have a confident and friendly telephone manner.
Requirements
Strong English and Maths skills
A willingness to learn
Excellent communication skills across phone face-to-face and email
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Strong customer service skills
A team-oriented mindset
Key Responsibilities
Receive incoming leads and prepare/send quotations
Follow up on quotations to maximise conversion rates
Maintain accurate records of secured projects for handover to the surveying team
Conduct showroom visits with prospective clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Arrange meetings with potential customers
Develop a thorough understanding of products and services to provide tailored recommendations
Work collaboratively with team members
Handle incoming phone enquiries
Work 4 hours on a Saturday once every 3 weeks (time off in lieu provided the following week after the
probation period)
