About the Company
The company has extensive experience in the steel window industry and has been established since 1935. It is a
long-standing specialist in its field offering expertise in steel windows alongside slim aluminium windows and
doors.
Skills
Previous experience in an office-based role within the construction industry is preferred; however general office
experience will also be considered. Full in-house training will be provided to help the successful candidate
become familiar with the companys bespoke products.
Strong Excel skills are essential. As the role involves working with high-net-worth clients the ideal candidate must
demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills maintain a professional appearance and have a confident and friendly
telephone manner.
Requirements
Strong English and Maths skills
Willingness to learn and develop
Excellent communication skills via phone in person and email
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Outstanding customer service skills
A collaborative team player
Key Responsibilities
Contact clients following the completion of a sale
Conduct site surveys and produce detailed drawings using AutoCAD
Liaise with clients to obtain approval on drawings and orders
Order all required materials for assigned projects including glass and ancillary items
Keep clients informed on order progress and schedule installation dates
Manage and resolve any issues or snags on projects which may require multiple site visits
