Capital Sourcing Specialist (Remote) PeopleSoft Experience

Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Capital Sourcing Specialist to support capital procurement initiatives negotiate contracts and drive cost-saving strategies across the organization. This role focuses on sourcing capital equipment managing supplier relationships analyzing spend data and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Capital Equipment Sourcing & Procurement
- Source negotiate and manage purchases of capital equipment and related services
- Engage with manufacturers and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and terms
- Review and leverage GPO contracts to maximize savings opportunities
- Conduct RFPs and support supplier selection and contract negotiations
- Identify and onboard domestic and international suppliers
Spend Analysis & Cost Optimization
- Utilize PeopleSoft Financials and automation tools for procurement activities
- Analyze spend data across suppliers and categories using reporting tools
- Identify and communicate cost-saving opportunities
- Track monitor and report savings initiatives
- Partner with internal teams to drive cost-reduction projects
Project & Contract Management
- Support equipment planning for construction and expansion projects
- Collaborate with planners consultants and internal stakeholders
- Maintain equipment tracking and ensure timely procurement
- Prepare RFPs bid evaluations and vendor performance reports
- Ensure contracts are properly executed and maintained
- Coordinate with Legal Biomed and Finance teams on contract-related matters
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership
- Support organizational initiatives and cost-efficiency programs
- Identify alternative products during recalls or supply shortages
- Manage surplus or obsolete equipment disposition
Work Environment
- Remote with a professional collaborative work setting
- Fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Occasional travel may be required
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sourcing/procurement experience
- Strong background in capital equipment sourcing and negotiations
- Experience with PeopleSoft Financials
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Education & Certification
- Bachelors Degree (Business or related field preferred)
- CMRP (Certified Materials & Resource Professional) required at hire or within 12 months
