Job Summary
Introduction to the Job
As a Material Registrar you help ensure the smooth installation of ASMLs most advanced lithography systems. You make sure every tool part and material arrives where and when the install team needs it. Your work directly supports the delivery of nextgeneration semiconductor technology which powers the devices people rely on every day.
In this role you contribute to ASMLs mission to push the limits of innovation. You collaborate closely with engineers and project teams as part of Customer Supports EUV Installations group helping customers receive systems on time and operating to specification.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Material Registrar you manage materials tooling documentation and transactions that support complex system installations. You work in a fastpaced highly controlled environment where accuracy and teamwork matter every day.
Your responsibilities include:
- Ensure that all tools and materials required for daily installation activities are available at the right time and location.
- Return materials tools and packaging to ASML or the customer warehouse.
- Inspect tools and materials for deviations in identification quality or cleanliness.
- Take action to resolve deviations or delivery issues.
- Report missing incorrect or defective parts and follow up with corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the installation team to maintain tooling calibration and preventive maintenance planning.
- Process administrative transactions including maintaining configuration lists to keep system records accurate in SAP.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma and additional technical training or apprenticeship.
- Experience working as a logistics technician or materials specialist in hightech environments.
- Familiarity with semiconductor terminology.
- Experience handling clean and ultraclean materials in a semiconductor cleanroom.
- Minimum 12 years working in a fab environment.
- SAP experience preferred.

Other Information
- Expect to spend more than 75% of your time inside the cleanroom.
- Ability to travel up to 25% including multiweek periods.
You must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
This position requires access to controlled technology as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730 et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
