Job Summary
Job Description Summary
Executes material receiving storage staging and distribution activities to support manufacturing operations and product assembly with a strong focus on accuracy inventory integrity and continuous process improvement.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Perform material movement between designated areas using handcarts pallet jacks powered industrial trucks and forklifts as required
Receive and issue individual material requisitions for internal and external departments through both physical handling and system transactions; verify quantities and accuracy
Process materials against purchase orders and work orders using an electronic materials management system
Coordinate with onsite and offsite warehousing locations to support parts replenishment and material storage
Partner with logistics and production teams to identify resolve and help prevent material shortages
Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory according to established schedules
Assist with reconciling inventory discrepancies and report findings to the Supervisor
Support training and onboarding of new team members as needed
Comply with all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Quality System policies and procedures
Read and follow work instructions and bills of materials
Perform other assigned duties and special projects as required
Quality Expectations
Complete all required Quality and Compliance training within established timeframes
Identify document and report quality or compliance concerns and support corrective actions
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or local equivalent
Proficiency in basic mathematics
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others
Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
Two or more years of experience in warehousing or material handling
Working knowledge of ERP and inventory management systems
Ability to perform jobrelated physical tasks with or without reasonable accommodation
Experience using automated or powered lifting equipment
