Job Position: Marketing Manager

Job Descriptions:
1. Product Strategy & Market Analysis
- Plan home appliances product roadmap and category strategy.
- Conduct market research competitor benchmarking and consumer insights analysis.
- Develop product positioning USPs and value propositions.
2. Product Launch & Go-to-Market Execution
- Coordinate end-to-end product launches and marketing calendars.
- Prepare launch materials: product decks brochures training slides feature highlights.
- Communicate with HQ/factory team on product alignment specs and forecasting.
& Promotion Management
- Track competitor pricing and market trends.
- Propose product pricing margin plans and promotion strategies.
- Support retail and dealer promotional planning.
4. Product Content & Marketing Collaterals
- Create and update product catalogues leaflets spec sheets and key visual assets.
- Work with designers/agencies to produce high-quality creative materials.
- Ensure consistency across all marketing content and brand guidelines.
5. Product Performance & Life Cycle Management
- Monitor sell-in/sell-through data and analyze product performance.
- Manage product lifecycle from launch peak selling to clearance.
- Recommend pricing adjustments promotions and bundling strategies.
6. Administration & Coordination
- Manage marketing samples demo units and product inventory for campaigns.
- Prepare monthly reports presentations and internal briefs.
7. Ad Hoc Marketing Events and Activities
- Assist in ad hoc marketing events when needed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business or related field.
- 57 years of experience in marketing/product management preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics.
- Strong skills in market analysis product strategy and pricing.
- Experience in product launch and go-to-market execution.
- Good analytical skills with ability to interpret sales and market data.
- Able to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in marketing materials development is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English & Mandarin.
- Proactive detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
